I made bombs as a kid. Not big ones, but I did make them. They were loud, but they weren’t dangerous.
This site isn’t dangerous either. It isn’t bombs, it isn’t triggers, it’s just words. And even the worst words can’t really hurt you, you just might not like them. And I hope that doesn’t happen. See, I’ve spent a lot of time putting all these words together, trying to make them sound best. Much more time than I ever spent making bombs.
This site is called The Trigger dot net. Years and years ago, I learned my last name was short for la gachette, which in French means the trigger. But it’s not a site that promotes violence, even though I made bombs. The Trigger dot net is a collection of my creations, a chronology of my perspectives. There are short stories, shorter stories, music, comics. My beliefs, my thoughts. My reflections on life.
And who am I to reflect on life? I was born decades ago on the Northern Alberta prairies, an introverted, unusual individual. Then I matured, moved, and am currently living by the Pacific Ocean, nursing a desire to be prolific. I live with conviction. I live peacefully.
I made bombs as a kid, but they weren’t dangerous. And this site is called The Trigger dot net, but it’s not dangerous either. It’s just my name, it’s just words.
There’s a lot here, I hope you like it.
